• Materiality analysis as basis for ESG strategy (targets, KPIs) and implementation plan (measures)

• Conducting a double materiality analysis in close coordination with the auditor at a medium-sized automotive supplier in 7 countries on 3 continents.
• Development of a sustainability strategy with ambitious targets in the key ESG-areas with the involvement of relevant stakeholders. Implementation with the support of ESG software that controls the measures and collects data as basis for semi-automated reporting. 
• Optimization of supplier ratings through targeted measures (e.g. creation of guidelines, introduction of processes, establishment of an ESG data repository). 
• Preparation of sustainability reports (e.g. CSRD report) and calculation of taxonomy ratios.
• In close coordination with further Steinbeis-Partners: Conducting an energy audit at a medium-sized manufacturing company with the aim of identifying measures to save energy and implementing these as part of a climate strategy (reduction of GHG emissions). Information (not advice) on forms of financing from the house bank. Preparation of funding applications (BAFA). Introduction of an energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001.
