3 questions for Beate Wittkopp and Hanna Schäfer (German version) (2022)
Beate Wittkopp and Hanna Schäfer describe networks as a key prerequisite for successful projects: a diversity of perspectives, skills and experiences fosters innovation and problem-solving. Crucial factors include a balance between giving and taking, interaction on an equal footing, and transparency regarding existing capabilities. This provides effective, sustainable and scalable support for the transfer of entrepreneurial knowledge.
