  • The Steinbeis Consulting Center for Business Coaching provides companies with support and advice on the development and implementation of business strategies relating to all aspects of technology and business. To this end, the center provides customers with access to a pool of qualified and experienced experts.
  • In particular, the Steinbeis Consulting Center for Business Coaching assists with:
    • coping with changes in business structures
    • enhancing performance and competitiveness
    • developing innovative product, process, and service fields
    • ramping up employability and adaptability
  • Companies planning these types of activities can apply for subsidies under certain conditions for consulting in these areas.
  • In Baden-Württemberg, the Steinbeis Consulting Center for Business Coaching is listed for the REACT EU-Coaching BW coaching funding program, which is sponsored by the Ministry for Economics, Labor, and Housing and co-financed with funds from the European Social Fund.
  • The implemented quality management system is certified according to DIN: ISO 9001 and supports the SBZ-UC to continuously improve the quality of services and to ensure the satisfaction of customers and consultants.

Key Areas

The following topics are eligible for funding in Baden-Württemberg as part of the REACT EU-Coaching BW Coaching funding program:

  • Business model innovations in terms of the systematic development of product or process innovations, diversification into new business models, and the opening up of new markets.
  • Development of new business models by networking products and services ("servitization") and opening up new markets by offering new innovative services.
  • Development of innovative digital business models based on digital technologies such as cloud platforms, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, big data and data-based services.
