The aim of this enterprise is transfer know-how between the worlds of science and academia on the one hand, and trade and industry on the other. To this end, the company establishes transfer centers and carries out research, development, consulting, and education and training activities in their name. Beyond this, the company can manufacture and sell products, as well as provide services with respect to the offerings mentioned above.
The enterprise supports the University of Applied Sciences in Ulm in its transfer activities. In doing so, the enterprise ensures that transfer works efficiently, under private law, through processes that benefit all parties.
