The business purpose of the company is the promotion of science and research in keeping with Section 52, Subsection 2, Sentence 1, Part 1 of the German Fiscal Code, the promotion of education, adult education, and vocational training, including student support in keeping with Sect. 52, Subsect. 2, Sent. 1, Pt. 7 of the German Fiscal Code, as well as the promotion of equal opportunities between women and men in keeping with Sect. 52, Subsect. 2, Sent. 1, Pt. 18 of the German Fiscal Code.
This purpose is to be fulfilled through the promotion of transfer-oriented research, not only as a business enterprise, but also as a member of the Steinbeis Network and through the promotion of education, adult education, and vocational training, including student support, and, further, through the promotion of equal opportunities for women and men. To this end, concepts are developed and implemented for projects and partnership models in the areas of overlap between schools, business, and the university. Furthermore, concepts are developed and implemented for projects aimed at promoting equal opportunities between men and women in business. In addition, projects and partnership models are implemented in the field of entrepreneurship education and equal opportunities for all genders. Within this framework, the enterprise conducts research projects, selected voluntarily, as well as collaborative and interdisciplinary research. Services are delivered through internal human resources and in collaboration with other research institutions. Achieved outcomes are shared openly with the general public and quickly made available.
