Digitale Transformation und Innovation im Fokus: Univ.-Professor Dr. Wolfgang Klas und Univ.-Prof. Dr. Stefanie Rinderle-Ma haben in Wien das Steinbeis-Transferzentrum Informatik.univie gegründet.

"Digitale Transformation und Innovation sind die Herzstücke des neu gegründeten STZ Informatik.univie. Um die brennenden Zukunftsfragen des digitalen Wandels gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern zu adressieren, steht der Innovationskreislauf zwischen Universität und Wirtschaft/Industrie für uns im Fokus."

Univ.-Prof. Dr. Stefanie Rinderle-Ma

Stefanie Rinderle-Ma is full professor and head of the Research Group Workflow Systems and Technology (WST) at the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Vienna, Austria. Her research interests include flexible process technology, compliance and security in business processes, process collaborations, and business intelligence. She has about 150 publications with more than 6000 citations and an h-index of 40 (scholar.google.com, last access 2017-05-10). Stefanie has led and participated in fundamental and application-oriented projects. Examples include the EU FP7 project ADVENTURE in the area of Factories of the Future, the FWF and DFG co-funded C3Pro project on change and compliance in collaborative business processes as well as the WWTF-funded project on instance-spanning constraints in flexible process-aware information systems. Further projects have been conducted in the areas of smart grids, tourism, and (health) care. Stefanie also serves as key researcher in the Secure Business Austria Competence Center and is participating in the newly funded Center for Digital Production (both located in Vienna).
